I am tired and ready to fall asleep when I got to bed BUT I can’t fall asleep because I can’t get comfortable because I toss & turn and can’t seem to find a comfortable position.
When I go to bed, I’m tired and want to sleep. But then I have to change my sleeping position every few minutes — or seconds — to get comfortable.
What's causing it?
The problem could be a mineral deficiency.
Your muscles and nervous system are looking for a way to relax so you can sleep. Changing positions won’t help. Once you provide your body with what it is looking for, you may get the results you want.
